Yeah, for sure! I have a smoothie for breakfast pretty much every morning because it’s so quick and easy.
It depends what you like but a really easy one I make a lot is with a banana, some strawberries, a scoop of protein powder and vanilla almond milk, although any milk would be good I’m sure.
Another good one if your in a chocolate mood is – a banana, spoonful of peanut butter, scoop of chocolate protein powder and milk. SO good!
