Monday Motivation: Interview Series
2012
Hi all,
Today I have a nice surprise for you… with keeping on the recent motivation track, I decided I wanted to bring you a new form of motivation!
Today’s Monday Motivation post features a new interview series I will be starting.
These post will feature a motivational blogger/spokesperson/etc of someone who helps to motivate the community. Whether it be by hosting an inspirational blog or helping out others in the community..I’m bringing them to you!
Let’s get started with today’s Mondays Motivation Interview
Meet: Tiare Vincent
A fitness blogger by heart, Tiare writes over at her blog Tiarefitness.com
“A starter blog for getting into shape not only physically, but mentally. It is a blog based on life hacks and fitness tips based on personal experiences.”
1. A short background of your blog and how you got it started?
I started my blog in early February when I realized I wanted to inspire others. I read a couple inspirational blogs that I religiously go to for motivational posts and quotes. In my personal life, fitness is my passion and I am always working out, hiking mountains, trying new things in the fitness world and eating a clean diet. I thought that making a blog would help inspire people to be more active and help them meet their fitness goals, as well as keep me on track to do the same. So far its been a compilation of motivational quotes, reasons to workout, and a lot of talk about how fitness is more than just your external body, but how fitness helps the soul.
2. What keeps you motivated?
What keeps me motivated has a lot to do with the feeling I get after a workout. No matter how hard it may be to get out the front door, I know that once I get there the workout will feel good and the feeling of accomplishment and endorphins will make me not want to stop. No matter what’s going on in my life, a workout can fix and balance out my emotions. Motivating others helps me stay motivated to stay healthy,
3. What is your long-term goal?
My long-term goal is to create my own personal training business online and then hopefully start a studio here in Seattle where I can train or teach group fitness. I want to someday travel the world and hike in as many countries as possible as well as write a book based on taking advantage of life while you can. It would be dealing with everyday living, relationships, nutrition, fitness, and making the most of your life. - Best of luck!!
4. What’s one thing you think is necessary for having an enjoyable and Beautiful life?
In order to have a beautiful life, you must embrace the beauty within yourself as well as the beauty around you. You are an amazing individual who is lucky enough to live on this earth. Once you figure out who you are and what your passions are, do them as often as possible and you will see the beauty in everything. Finding purpose to what you were meant to do, and how fortunate it is to have blue skies, oceans to swim in, mountains to climb and a sun in the sky is what makes life worthwhile. The beautiful life is having a simple life where you accept things as they are.
5. If you had one day to do anything you’d like, what would it be and why?
Honestly if I could do anything in a day, I would go skydiving, and go zip lining in Costa Rica, and hopefully be able to fit in hiking a mountain and having an amazing dinner on the beach with all my closest friends and family. That is the kind of life I could live every day and be truly happy. - Sounds like an amazing day!
Thank to so much to Tiare for all her help with not only motivating others but for being such an inspiration to others. You can find more of Tiare over at her blog Tiarefitness.com
