Practice being Present
It’s been quite an adjustment getting back into the swing of things since the long break. My mind is still at the beach!
Anyways, I’m making a conscious effort this week to practice something that was said in my yoga class.
“Practice being present. Practice being in the now.”
This is something I sometimes struggle with because my mind wants to know what’s happening next and after that and so on..
Instead of being constantly worried about where I’m going next or how I’m going to change something, I’m going to take a step back..breath and focus on being in the NOW.
